2. What you can raise

You may raise a privacy or data-rights request, consent concern, account or deletion issue, security concern, billing or invoice escalation, content complaint, or other concern about DocuChat's handling of the Service.

3. Submitting and verifying a grievance

Email the details, relevant account email, and any useful order, chatbot, or request identifier to admin@docuchat.in. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents.

We normally verify control through the registered account email. We may request additional proof when reasonably necessary to protect the account, investigate the issue, or comply with law.

4. Handling and response targets

The mailbox is monitored by Admin or Founder. Admin may handle the matter directly and escalates unresolved matters to Founder.

We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. A shorter deadline required by applicable law takes priority. A substantive response may explain the outcome, request necessary information, or give a status where a complex investigation lawfully remains open.

5. Record

The mailbox thread and related replies are the working record of the grievance and its handling. We do not claim to maintain a separate grievance register. Records are retained as reasonably needed for handling, security, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.

6. Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, you may ask Admin to escalate the matter to Founder. Where a regulator, board, court, consumer forum, or other authority is available and has jurisdiction under applicable law, you may also use that external route.
